Our compassionate, individualized and empowering sessions allow you to be exactly who you are, to speak freely without judgement, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, discover your true purpose and begin to heal and start living. We at Encompassed Healing believe that distance shouldn’t prohibit change, therefore sessions are offered in person or by video.
Our holistic treatment approach incorporates our core beliefs:
1. Experiencing substance misuse or anxiety and depression are often coping mechanisms to manage past traumatic experiences.
2. Healing, change and happiness is possible for everyone.
3. Healing and change require digging deep and getting to the root issue – only then can people heal and learn how to live, not just how to cope.
4. Rewiring your brain and body is key to changing patterns of behavior.
5. Treatment sessions although can be challenging should overall be a positive experience, leaving you feeling like you’re taking steps forward.
6. Getting to the root issue and healing can have long term profoundly positive outcomes for people – enabling them to find their true purpose and start living the life they’ve dreamed of.
7. It takes many experiences to create a person’s wounds, so it takes a variety of modalities to enable them to heal.
8. Combining energy work with Western Psychology and Eastern modalities provides the greatest opportunity to heal and change.
Our sessions combine a mixture of the following:
Traditional Talk-Therapy, PSYCH-K®, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Energy Work, Mindfulness, Yoga, Emotional Freedom Tapping, Breathwork, The Chakras & Emotion Code Work (energy healing in the subconscious).
Each session will be different and individualized based on what comes up each time, but will typically include a combination of energy work, talk therapy and Eastern modalities. In each session we’ll also create a new holistic self-care routine for you to use at home between sessions.
Our goal is for you to leave each session feeling positive and hopeful that healing and happiness is possible. Our sessions will be the first step in your journey of healing, and we can stay together for as long as you need. We also understand that our approach isn’t for everyone, and at any time you feel it’s not right for you, just let us know. Dependent on client needs and diagnosis, they will be referred out to an appropriate provider. Encompassed Healing encourages collaboration with other providers to address clients needs.
